Root & Raiz is more than a spiritual space- it’s a movement of remembrance, healing, and feminine power. We exist to help women reclaim their inner wisdom, speak their truth, and walk their path with love and sovereignty.

Founded by a mother, healer, and intuitive guide, Root & Raiz was born from the sacred journey of breaking cycles, rising from trauma, and choosing soul-aligned purpose. We believe that spirituality isn’t about perfection; it’s about coming home to yourself.

The sacred teachings of the Q’ero Andean lineage deeply influence our work. Through these ancient wisdom traditions, we honor the Earth (Pachamama), the cosmos, and our living energy field (Pokpo) as essential guides in the healing journey. We incorporate daily energy clearing practices, connection to Apus (mountain spirits), and the path of the heart to restore balance and reciprocity in all we do.
